California may need emergency $7 billion loan: report

"Absent a clear resolution to this financial crisis, California and other states may be unable to obtain the necessary level of financing to maintain government operations and may be forced to turn to the federal treasury for short-term financing," Schwarzenegger wrote in the letter, according to the paper. public servants we have in Sacramento and Washington, not one of them can add or subtract. If you only have ten dollars how can you spend 20, and still keep your job?? I say we need legislation that says if you violate your oath of office, you can be held accountable!! FIRED for incompetance!! Send a message to them all!! END THE FED NOW!!!
