Democrats Say Rescue Plan Talks Snagged After Meeting (Update3)

Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Negotiations on a $700 billion financial-rescue plan hit a snag after a White House meeting that included presidential candidates
John McCain and Barack Obama.
